SUMAN ELECTRONICS
Suman Electronics was started on Nov. 2001 with the aim of developing and manufacturing micro-controller based embedded systems.
Facilities:
We are located in Vartak Nagar area of Thane city, near Mumbai. We have fully Air-conditioned 3 premises of 560 sq feet each. At present we have 30 employees. Our manufacturing facility includes Wave-soldering machine, two Cyclic Environmental Chambers with humidity, heating and cooling facility. All our daily production is 100% tested in these Environmental Chambers.
The micro-controller Hardware and Software development is done in house in co-ordination with our customers. We have developed controllers for ducted split air-conditioners, Packaged Air-conditioners and Hermetic / Semi-hermetic chillers. Presently we are supplying about 1500 controllers per month and we can supply about 3500 units per month. Till today, more than 1 Lac controllers of different models are working all over India.
We have also developed new controllers with Group controller and PC connectivity feature. Group controller is a Master controller which can control up to 16 air-conditioners. It has six-point time-depend scheduler for each AC unit through which Mode as well as temperature can be controlled. It can log faults of all units as they occur. PC connectivity allows 64 AC units to be controlled from a single PC. It has unlimited time-depend scheduler. Also it has fault logging, maintenance scheduler functions. We are now developing Ethernet network interface for our controllers.
We got ISO-9001-2000 in the month of Feb. 2007 for Design, Manufacturing and Supply of Electronic Controllers. Also we are in the process of getting CE marking for our all products.
Suman Electronics did a turnover of Rs3. 41 Cr. in 2007-08.
