We are a group of companies and its sister concern SV Gears was founded in 1985 based at Kukatpally in Hyderabad, and is engaged in manufacturing of Gears, Gear Boxes and Precision components.

We SV Gears are all set to explore all possibilities for new facets in the industrial sector that has largely been relying on machines till recent days, which is now witnessing a paradigm shift with advanced technologies.
Extensive Facility
We are in the line of manufacturing of gears for the past 22 years and produce Spur, Helical, Gears to maximum 30 Module and 3,800 mm diameter. Internal Gears ID 450, Module 6. We also have the facility, for the production of Spiral Bevel Gears, Straight Bevel Gears, Racks and Sprockets, Hardening facilities with us are Induction Hardening, Liquid Nitriding, Gas Carbourising, Salt Bath Hardening.
Presently, we are manufacturing Gears and Precision Components to BHEL, BDL, NMDC, HWP, Krupp Industries Siemens, Various Public and Private Sector.

Our full fledged design and Production department is manned by qualified and experienced engineers. To meet the Customer needs our designers work on latest CAD packages to update with trends and changes in gear applications. Our Industry is fully equipped with imported Machinery for Gear hobbling, Shaping, Chamfering, Grinding, testing and also Heat Treatment.
