The fabrics manufacturing division of sri balaji apparels was started in 1985. We are having a high quality oriented apparels division with plans of rapid growth. We have intensively invested in plant machinery, skilled man power and are looking for new customers / markets. We give below a brief on our fabric and apparel capabilities.
I. Our product range and capacity:
We do a wide variety of yarn dyed fabrics, processed fabric and also do a good range of garments as follows:
A. Yarn dyed fabrics:
We are more specialised in yarn dyed fabrics with the best infra structure to manufacture the high quality fabrics.
We do fabrics like 100% cotton, 100% rayon, cotton / rayon, cotton / flax, cotton / linen etc. , in all qualities like fine, medium and heavier fabrics. We do designs like stripes, checks, chambray, dobby, heavy dobby, seersucker, double cloth, crepe, jacquards and pigment yarn dyed etc. ,
Excellent dyeing standards are reached by our cabinet dyeing machines and package dyeing machines.
We have an effluent tratment plant with standards of pollution control.
We have more than 1, 500 looms and 50 auto looms (dornier and pickenol) with the capacity of manufacturing more than seven hundred thousand (700, 000) mtrs per month. Also we have 50 auto looms (dornier and pickenol make) running and planned for 200 looms.
We have got our fabric washing units with modern zero zero finishing machine and brushing machine with huge capacity.
We have got a very good team of textile designers and technicians for the great success in developing new designs, sampling and doing bulk as per your requirement.
B. Processed fabrics:
We do all kinds of dyeing and printing on all qualities of powerloom and millmade fabrics.
1. Dyeing: solid and pigment
2. Printing: procion, pigment and discharge.
C. Garments:
We do a wide range of garments like men casual and formal wears, ladies blouses, skirts, dresses and also children dresses. We have got the production capacity to manufacture about 65, 000 shirts per month.
Our factories are well equipped with latest japanese machines with all specialized machineries and good team of experienced workers to meet all the requirements for producing high quality garments.
