Sooner Technology was founded in 1994 as an IPO for our business partners in the USA. In 1995, we started to assemble and manufacture computer memory modules. By late 1996, we re-structured and focused our core business as an independent distributor, specializing in the shortage fulfillment and excess inventory management of key computer products and electronics components.
We have a worldwide network of business partners and associates to help fulfill our customers' requirements. Together as a group, we have a growing database of over 1000 active worldwide customers and vendors. This database covers all the different industry segments from manufacturers to component brokers and resellers. With our experience and good understanding of the business, backed by our team of highly motivated sales force, we are confident to be of great service to all our customers
