SongMark Enterprise Co., Ltd, founded in 1979, is a professional ISO9001 and ISO14001 OEM and ODM manufacturer specializing in plastic precision injection moulds and plastic forming with high quality. Over the past years, the company has expended the capacity to assemble precision parts into finished or semi-finished items, offering design services and fine-tune design flows.
The company manufacturing capacity include:
69 injection machines, injection forces from 50 tons to 1350 tons, 15 ultrasonic welders, a series of inspection systems, 12 milling machines, 2 CNC electricity discharge machines, 5 EDMS, 2 high-speed lathes, 2 grinders, 4 adjustable arm drilling machines, 3 knife-edge forming machines, 3 machining centers.
With a high-efficient production system, we promise customers lead times of 30 to 90 days, depending on complexity of designs.
