Song Hong aluminium joint stock company was established in April, 1999 and has been being one of the most famous and large-scale aluminium manufacturers in Vietnam. The company is a member of Song Hong corporation belonging to Ministry of Construction and is located in Ben Got ward, Viet Tri city, Phu Tho province, Vietnam which is convenient for transportation by railway, overland, airway and seaway. Our company is 190 kms away from Haiphong seaport and 40 kms away from Noibai airport. With area of 100,000 square meters and having more than 500 highly-skilled, experienced and well-educated employees.
Our company specializes in manufacturing and trading aluminium extrusion profiles and other aluminium products with annual production capacity of 20,000 tons. Products of company with brand SHALUMI include aluminium extrusion profiles, aluminium tubes, industrial aluminium profiles, aluminium profiles curtain wall, aluminium window and door frames, etc which are widely used or manufatured in many fields such as: internal and external decoration, household appliances, construction, architecture, shipbuilding, sport tools, medicall appliances, transportation, industrial parts, defence equipment and so on.
Products treated surface consist of mill finish, anodizing, powder coating, electrophoretic deposit coating (ED coating) and woodgrain (wood like) which are rich in shapes, colours, kinds, designs, sizes, thicknesses and so on.
We use the best technique and materials in manufacturing aluminium profiles. All of materials are imported abroad with famous brands and International standard, they are tested strictly to make the best product. Production lines in the company are equipped with the latest and the most advanced equipments and machines imported from Taiwan and EU for die fabricating, billet casting, extrusion, varied surface finishing (anodizing, electrophoretic deposit coating, powder coating, woodgrain). The company has two extruding factories with 9 sets of pressing machines from 500MT to 1650MT together with two surface treatment factories that allows us supply and manufacture with various shapes, sizes, colours etc to satisfy any demand of customer.
Implementing strictly quality control procedures has always been performed in the company and the plant, from buying raw materials, taking purchase orders, production, inspection, packaging to delivering final goods. Quality inspection is carried out at every stage of the manufacturing process from the beginning to the end. Furthermore, we have our own labs equipped with most advanced instruments for quality testing and inspection to ensure that quality always meets standards and technique requirements. We issue full mill certificates for overseas clients. We also have attained ISO9001-2000 quality management standard certification. All our products have been granted the quality standard registration by certificated agencies of Vietnam State, consistent with standards of the US and ISO.
