Besides, SOKOYO can provideonsite installation training and technical assistance free ofcharge in initial period for large projects more than 100 polesbecause we has developed her experienced technical team.Spare PartsPolicySOKOYO provides 0.5% to 1% of spareparts for free based on the transaction amount. AfterSalesSOKOYO will offer technical guidance and repairservice for the whole life time of her products.SOKOYO promises to respond with customer’squestions within 24 working-hours. Paymentterms:30%in advance and 70% before shipment.Lead time:2~3weeks upon receipt of payment for 50 poles.Shipping:Generally, solar lights are shipped by sea.Battery and pole are not available to ship byair.Package:Individual package for each component of solarlight.
