Besides of various materials of plastic and rubber business, SNYANG YU augmented Polystyrene plastic granule. Moreover, this company markets in Taiwan and overseas with two trademarks of "SNYANG YU brand" and "SHYANG YEONG brand". On 15th September, 2001, SNYANG YU started research the "Foil Synchronization Injection process" with related equipment, mould, foil and has started mass production on 15th March, 2008. Furthermore, "SYNCOJET brand" also enters the market. SYNCOJET is the green-designed process with multinational patents is the latest technology of synchronization injecting in mould with no coating and spray painting.The finished goods which can reach to 97% yield rate come from the gravure or metal coating, and combine with injected plastic material. Users won't face the problem of contacting the ink directly and ink ageing or crock. This process includes automatically delivering the film, automatically forming and coating in mold, auto-cutting in mold, automatically injection molding, and automatic extractor taking out finished goods.
