TOTEM TOYS boasts of a vast range of collection catering to OEM's and SME's alike, either designed in-house or customized as per the customers requirement. The Company can supply the desired product and quantity accurately and quickly anywhere in the World.
PRODUCTION CAPABILITY
The Manufacturing Unit has a monthly production capacity of 150, 000 units, having 22 plastic injection molding machines and eight assembly lines for RC toys.
Most of the key components are either manufactured in the state of the art manufacturing facility or sourced. Components such as motors and chargers are tested. Motors are tested for speed and torque. Frequency Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers and Oscilloscopes are also used for testing. Testing of unassembled PCBs is done before & after they have been welded. Impact Testing is done on Packaged toys repeatedly to ensure safe and breakage free transport and deliveries.
All components are of World Class Quality which ensure extended hours of joy to the TOTEM TOY enthusiast.

QC procedures are conducted exclusively by the in-house Engineers and extensively trained production staff.
PROCEDURES / TESTING DETAILS
Sourced materials is tested extensively before production starts. Production is conducted by highly trained Engineers, who are extremely quality conscious by following detailed product specifications from start to end.
OEM SUPPORT
All types of OEM orders are accepted. Products can be supplied under buyer's label / brand. Minimum order regulations for OEM products are negotiable.
VISION / MISSION
The Company will focus on developing new models of RC boats, airplanes and helicopters in the next 12 months. Among the new products under development are smaller, lighter and cheaper airplanes that can fly indoors.
