    I am an independent international oil trader fulfilling the role of buyer coordinator to an established refinery representative, mandated to sell on behalf of a Russian refinery.

    The Russian refinery is one of the worlds most important title holders, with reciprocal agreements with the 4 Russian majors, Gazprom, Lukoil, Russneft, Tatneft and ARAMCO, Saudi Arabia Government owned Oil Company.

    This means they are not limited to their own resources, and can supply a wide rage of products without the heavy profit margins that resellers apply.

    My responsibility, to the refinery representative, is to introduce, by personal invitation only, real, honest, serious and committed end buyer decision makers ready, willing and able to enter into a transaction without any obstructions, delays or stalling tactics.

    I do not entertain communication with.
    - Intermediary daisy chains,
    - Shoppers,
    - Scams,
    - Frauds,
    - Time wasters with no idea of the financial and logistical implications and obligations of international oil transactions,
    - Individuals being institutionalized by legitimate buyers to hunt for prices, and
    - Legitimate buyers with unrealistic expectations and demands.

    Do not ask for upfront FCO, POP, SPA, SGS reports, Tank Receipts, proof of previous performance, supply contract or any other documents to help Phantom buyers with their activities.

    I only introduce serious, committed buyer decision makers, with core values and guiding principles compatible with ours, to the refinery representative.

    I am open, honest, transparent and clear about my service and expect the same from my clients.
