Our new production facilities started 1993, distilling and rectifying Ethanol for pharmaceutical and potable use.Currently we produce vodka for the local market and for export, besides other high alcoholic drinks. Year 2002, we started our wine production at our new winery which we built next to the old winery we have, with the support of the European Union.Now we are processing 14000 tons of grapes, vinifying and distilling part of them for the production of Rakia.The Gluten/starch separation is expected to start operation by September 2006.
