Sinosteel Jilin Electro-Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. (short for Sinosteel Jemeco) is a fully-owned subsidiary of Sinosteel Corporation. Established in 1969, Sinosteel Jemeco is registered in Jilin, with an area of 250,000 square meters and floor area of 90,000 square meters. Sinosteel Jemeco now has over 1000 sets of all kinds of processing equipment. The total number of employees is 1013, among which there are almost 20 experts of smelting process and project and 300 technicians of all kinds of projects.
Sinosteel Jemeco is specialized in the design, manufacture, installation, and maintenance of submerged-arc furnace equipment, de-dusting equipment, carbon equipment and their power supply and distribution system and auto-control system. We are capable to supply EPC service for metal silicon, FeSi, FeMn, FeCr, FeNi, FeAlSi, and CaC2 smelting project with the best domestic index.
As the 4S base of Sinosteel Jemeco, Sinosteel Jemeco Fengzhen Ferroalloy Engineering and Technology Branch is registered at Fengzhen Fluorination Industrial Park, Inner Mongolia, with an area of 32,000 square meters and floor area of 13,000 square meters. The annual processing capacity of structural parts is 15,000 tons. It is the production center of structural parts and spare parts of submerged arc furnace (SAF) products. At the same time, professionals of SAF equipment installation and maintenance as well as production operation are trained here, providing strong support for full range services from design to overall operation for SAF project.
