Our company is member of Videoservice Corporation, which is a group of companies with the following scope of principal activities:We are one of the top importers and wholesalers of various media related products and components (CD-R/RW, DVD-/+R/RW, flash drives, CD and DVD boxes, bags, accessories, C-0, V-0, video and audio tapes, floppy disks, as well as other media storage-related products) in Russia. Our monthly selling capacity for recordable disks now is up to 10 million CD-R and DVD-R in total. Monthly imports of all the said products make up around 50 containers (mostly, HQ containers).We are the exclusive distributor of Smart Buy, the brand owned by Prodisc Technology, Inc., one of the top manufacturers of recordable disks in the world. We have also started promoting our own brand, Smart Track.Our company runs a factory with:Two DVD replication lines, two CD-R lines, and one DVDR line by STEAG HamaTech.Three CD replication lines (1 is by Toolex Alpha, 2 are by Krauss-Maffei)One DVD replication line by Singulus.Mastering equipment by Singulus OMP.One silk-screen and one offset printer by Hanky.Two Canadisc printers.Equipment that assembles and records audio and video cassettes.Packaging Equipment.In September 2005, more equipment is going to be installed, i.e.:Two DVD replication lines by STEAG HamaTech.Packaging machines by Ilsemann, Kallfass and Koera Packmat.Our major clients that place orders for replication, printing and packaging are the well-known major companies from Hollywood.We also own a chain of audio/video stores located mostly in hyper markets in Moscow and other large Russian cities. There are also some other scopes of activity, some of them not directly connected to multimedia. These are real estate business (we are owners of more than 100 000 sq. m. of real estate), licensing business (our partners in this area are the same Hollywood companies).
