Sigetronics has been supplying various special semiconductors including Zener(for LEDs), TVS, ULC-TVS, ESD/EMI Filter, FRD, SBD, SiGe HBT, LDMOS, GaN-on-Si, Ge-on-Si epi wafers, Photodiode, and Power-FETs. In particualr, plenty of Zener diode chips are supplied for the protection of GaN-based LED from ESD shocks and surges as well, with excellent strength against ESDs like HBM, MM, CDM models and IEC61000-4-2, EFT, and surges. The products have been developed by original technology and have been sold for the last over four years. Our ULC-TVS was also developed by unique and outstanding technology. Extremely small capacitance less than 0.6pF guarantees excellent performance protecting high speed data lines from ESD shocks and EMI. Our advanced technology could enable the conmercialization of high performance products as listed above, including flip-chip electrodes, epitaxial growth and devices design, which are all registered in several IPs per every items.
