Chengdu is a propitious place and many historical eminent persons were born here, it is beautiful and rich. It is also the Lady shoe center of Western China. It's only 10 minutes driving from our company to Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport. Our factory address is group 5 Shuangfeng village Jinhua town Wuhou district Chengdu city.
Under the support and concern of local government departments, Sichuan Lida Shoes co., ltd was founded in October 2010. The initial registered capital is 2 million yuan. And the yearly rent for workshop is 420,000 yuan and 1260,000 yuan in 3 years' total rent, plus the investment of fixed machine equipments, the total investment reach over three million yuan. And now we have set up our own beautiful factory in Anyue county with total investment of ten million yuan which is standard assembling workshop.
So far we have invested over 20 million yuan for both factories. Currently the factory in Jinhua could produce 1 million pair per year, and own 500-600 workers. Now the new factory in Anyue county is still in building and is to be finished by July of 2015. All relevant machine equipments have already been ordered. And new factory estimate to run on October of 2015.
Mr. Lizhuo who is the CEO of Lida shoes leads us manage and run the factory well and realize the outcome from the initial annual output of 100,000 pairs to be over 800,000 pairs. Lida shoes have been putting management and quality at the most essential and fist position, that is the key to hold the market and promote development quickly.
