The main business of Sichuan Jing Lei Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (named JSTCL for short) is the sale and manufacture of metallic materials and pressure vessels. Our main products are metallic clad plates, Class I, II, and III pressure vessels, 3-D internal and external ribbed tubes, and heat exchangers. Our manufacturing base covers an area of 200,000 square meters with an annual production capacity of 60,000T metallic clad plates and 30,000T pressure vessels. 2000 T 3-D fin tube. With registered capital of RMB 30.06 million, we now have a total capital of RMB 102 million. Our total production value was RMB 602 million in 2007.and reach over 1 billion RMB in 2008.
JSTCL is one of the first professional manufacturers of harnessing explosive wielding high-tech method to manufacture metallic clad plate materials, and also a highly professional manufacturer engaged in the production and inspection of clad plates in China. Also, our company has drafted the standard-JB-4733-1996 "The explosive stainless clad plates for the pressure vessels". The metallic clad plates manufactured by our company have taken up about 55% market share in China, among which, about 90% markets are in the salt industry, and 60% of our company's products are utilized by main refined and petrochemical companies. Our business covers many industries such as petroleum, petrochemical, chemical, water conservancy, water and electricity, light industry, and environmental protection.
JSTCL obtains ISO9001:2000 quality system certification issued by Sichuan Three Gorges Centre of Quality Assurance, and gets the British LLOYD ISO9001:2000 quality system certification issued by LLOYD Quality Assurance Company Ltd. (Shanghai).
JSTCL is the Class One supply company of China Petroleum Nature Gas Group Company, the member company of material resource market for CPCC (China Petroleum Chemical Corporation), and one of the first companies that obtained "Safety Registered Certificate Of Explosive Clad Plate Productions For Pressure Vessels", which issued by the National Boiler Standardized Technical Committee and National Quality Inspection Office Pressure Vessel Safety Inspection Office.
