The SHEL group came into the business in 1976 by acquiring Brass Rod manufacturing unit in Wagle Industrial Estate at Thane which was known by the name of Metal Extruders (India) Private Ltd.
SHEL Group established its second plant at Kandivli in the name of Popular Brass Private Ltd.
The company name was later changed to Shri Hari Extrusion Ltd (SHEL).
SHEL group now has been involved in manufacturing & selling of extruded and drawn brass products to various high profile consumers such as Defense, Navy, LPG Gas Valve Industry, Automobile Tube Valve Industry, Sanitary Ware Industry & Hardware Industry.
