Seller approves and sends the Draft Contract with the Draft Financial Payment Instrument.5. Buyer approves and sends signed and stamp Draft Contract.6. Seller returns signed and stamp the Contract by email and will later issued the Hard Copy via DHL for Buyer.7. Buyer provide POF (Proof of Funds) to Seller's Bank (by opening an LC payment by SWIFT LC or TT/MT103 ONLY)8. Seller sends POP (Proof of the Product) to Buyer's Bank for varification 3-5 days after opening of the LC.9. Buyer opens the non operative financial Payment Instrument to Seller's Bank10. Seller issue the 2% of Performance Bond and make payment instrument operative.11.
