Founded in 1979 June as a machining industry for automotive engine and bearing components.

Marutaka seisakujo, the former of our company was established as a processing and manufacturing industry of air tool in 1964, and started business with Ingersoll Rand U.S. We have been higly regarded with the processing technology, and have started a prototype of automotive components for head office of NSK Ltd., which is one of domestic leading company ( primary subcontract of automobile manufactures ), on a commission basis. In recognition of our quality, cost and delivery date, our new company Shinkosha Co., Ltd. which established in 1979 have begun mass production of automotive components for NSK Ltd.
Now Shinkosha deals with three factories of NSK as an excellent cooperation factory.
The positioning of our company is;
* primary subcontract in a deal of bearing products.
* secondary subcontract of automotive components for the automakers.
* lathe turning of iron, non-ferrous metal and difficult to cut materials ( sintered material and cast metal ).
* cutting and lathe turning of materials, such as iron and stainless steel aluminum.
even difficult to cut materials as sintered material, titanium, molybdenum alloy and cast metal.
* we can provide from material supply to completed product ( enable to respond plate processing, heat treating and gear cutting ).
* 2 to 200mm in diameter
* To reduce total cost, our cutting technology can show high accuracy as same as polishing parts of difficult to cut materials.
