Our company has a complete casting, machining, heat treatment, assembly, testing workshop, all the high-chromium alloy and iron molding are molded by phenolic sand and we use the direct-reading spectrometer to do ladle analysis,in that way we can grasp of the accuracy of material composition fastly and exactly,in the condition of guarantee the casting material in a correct proportion as well as can make the castings have a smoothly surface and densely internal organization.The performance range of the pump:size:25mm~750mm,flow rate:5-13000m3/m, head of delivery:5m-130m.We use CAD(computer aided design),CAPP(Computer-Aided Process Planning) ,CFD( computational fluid dynamics) and the simulation analysis software to make new product development better.From the hydraulic design, structural design, three-dimensional modeling,to the analog calculate of three-dimensional fluid simulation test and operation test we have a complete system.In the design philosophy of easy to use,to make sure the products resistance to wear,easy to maintenance is our target.
