Shexian Sinfeng Chem Co.,Ltd. was founded in 1998, the former name was shexian Huicheng Chem Co.,Ltd., which was founded in 1994. After more than 20 years development, we grew up as one of the leading manufacturer for vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate resin and vinyl chloride-vinyl isobutyl ether copolymer. Now our vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate series resins are separated into two kinds of process route, which are water phase suspension method and emulsion method, and the process route for vinyl chloride-vinyl isobutyl ether copolymer is emulsion method as well. The company covers an area of 36600 square meters, and has fixed assets of RMB 80 million. Our annual production capacity of all the vinyl resin is up to 23,000 tons, the capacity for suspension method is 18000 tons per year and for emulsion method is 5000 tons per year.
Over the years, we dedicated to quality control and product research. By constantly increase research investment and strengthen the cooperation with universities and research institutions, we launch more environmentally friendly vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer of ester-soluble series, water-based emulsion and waterborne polyureth on the basis of former ketone-soluble series. All products are approved by the professional authoritative third-party institutions.(Passed EU REACH pre-registration and formally registration, SVHC, FDA, RoHS,PAH, Phahalaths, ISO9001 etc.) Besides, our company has established a dedicated application testing laboratory, in order to do the application test through imitating customers' application.
Our vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer equal to DOW's VMCH, VAGH, VAGD, VROH etc., Wacker's E15/45M, E15/40A etc., Nissin's Solbin A, Solbin Al etc., BASF's MP25, MP45 etc. We will constantly imporve and perfect ester-soluble and water-soluble resin series according to the feedback from the market in the future.
