Shenzhen Shenhuai Motor Co., Ltd is specialized in developing and manufacturing various micro DC motors including DC brushed motors, DC geared motors, DC planetary geared motors, DC stepper motors, DC servo motors, brushless motors and especially blowers with built-in self-made brushless motors. Our products can be categorized into 10 series and over 100 models or types, are widely utilized all over the world, in Entertainment Systems, Automobiles, Home and Industrial Appliances, Power Tools, Medical Equipments and so on. Our annual production capability stands steadily at 90 million pieces.
Our products are active in more than 50 countries, such as the US, Germany, Poland, the UK, Switzerland, Turkey, Israel, Russia, South Korea, Brazil and more. The sales revenue in 2014 is US$115 million and the throughput was 60 million pieces. Our main products are DC motor, gear motor, vibration motor and coreless motor. Utilizing advanced CAD software like ProE, SolidWorks and more, and customer's participation from the design to the mass production and well knowing of the target markets, we provide turnkey solution and OEM service. 70 QC specialists who utilize more than 110 testing devices administer a battery of tests including material incoming test, 100% inspection on line, packing vibration and outgoing inspection before delivery. The shipping way will depend on your requirements. We provide flexible transportation service. The minimum order could be as small as 1,000 pieces/lot with 20 days delivery lead-time.
