Our R&D department has 5 engineers with four to eight years' experience. They can design five to eight new products monthly and can make a new product within 30 days in accordance to the customer's requirements.
Our 1300-square-meter factory has a monthly capacity of 20,000 car black box , 80,000 MP3 / MP4 players and 80,000pcs portable mini speakers etc.We have special production machines such as SMT machines, high-frequency heat-sealing machines and high-temperature aging test lines. We have 3 semi-automatic production lines manned by three QC staff and our raw materials meet AQL standards and are provided by over 50 suppliers.
We have 15 QC auditors with three to five years of experience. All the products will be strickly tested before shippment.
