RTV-2 Mould silicon rubber, pad printing rubberThe products of RTV-2, (i.e. Room Temperature Vulcanization, means being vulcanized at the room temperature) belong to condensed bicomponent material, which is composed of both component A and component B.Component A is a base material and composed of dihydroxy polysiloxane and reinforcing agent (silicon dioxide and plasticizer).There are four kinds of packages including the metal drum with a weight of 200kg and 25kg, the plastic drum with a weight of 25kg, the metal drum with a weight of 5kg as well as the metal drum with a weight of 1kg.Component B is a curing agent and composed of multi-silicate, which can be divided into type A for 10~20℃, type B for 20~30℃ and type C for 30~40℃ according to the different operating room temperatures. The specified temperature is adaptable as actual demands. Component A and component B are matched in a definite proportion according to different operation. A kind of elastic stuff will be produced after a series of chemical reactions with the help of catalyst so as to meet the requirements of production.Product Properties:Coca mould rubber is easy to use without heating or pressuring.
