Shen Yang Kangchen Textile Co., Ltd., located in Shenyang City, the capital of Liaoning Province, occupies 12,000 square meters with two modern plants and was established in 1997, manufacturing technical textiles (nylon wrapping tapes for vulcanization) for the rubber industry. Through nearly 10 years' development, our company has become one of the most professional and biggest suppliers in this field in China with yearly production capacity of 50millions meters by 60 advanced Switzerland Muller weaving machines.
Our products (Nylon66 wrapping tapes for vulcanization) are used in the production of rubber products in hydraulic hoses for automobiles, industry, aerospace and hydraulic applications. Additionally, our products are commonly used in rollers and cylinders and special rubber components manufacturing. With best equipment from Switzerland Muller Machinery Company, best quality raw material from suppliers such as DuPont and strict quality inspection system as well as advanced management, we could supply best quality products at competitive price to our customers. We serve nearly 500 rubber hose factories in China and also export products to Taiwan area, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, India Turkey, Germany, Italy, Austria, America, Russia, Bulgarian and Ukraine. We enjoy a good reputation among our customers not only in China but also in overseas markets. Our product range includes from the most various curing tapes and nylon core and strings for manufacturing rubber hoses and rollers to hose interlining fabrics, or for the making of wire spiral hoses. With the requirement of our customers, we could supply products with width from 20mm to 200mm.

In order to satisfy the increasing demands of our customers, we established a new production plant in December, 2006. Our new plant operates strictly compliance with the ISO9001:2000 Quality System.
