Shanti Foils (P) limited was incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 (No. 1 of 1956), on 03 March 1997 at New Delhi.The company was founded by Mr. Virender Kumar Jain (Director), one of the pioneers of stainless steel trade in New Delhi.He has about 30+ years of experience in the stainless steel industry. Since its incorporation the company has come off leaps and bounds from a mere small trading company to a trading cum manufacturing giant in stainless steel.Currently, the company deals in the manufacturing of and dealers in and distributors, importers, exporters of all kinds of stainless steel patta, patti, sheet cutting, utensils, scrap (ferrous and non-ferrous metal), hot and cold rolled stainless steel coils, stainless steel cutlery items, domestic appliances, kitchenware items and spare parts.
