At present, in printing equipments, Weimas has 3 sets of 8-color paper transfer printing full-function (paper printing& cloth printing) production lines, 2 sets of 12-color rotary screen printing production line and a 12-color flat screen printing production line, with annual turnover of 20 million U.S. *s. Weimas has many professional managerial and technical personnel, advanced sampling, laboratory testing equipment to ensure the accuracy and efficiency on process technology, quality control and service. Since its founding in 1989, we are always in a good faith as starting point, ensuring quality as lifeline, being down-to-earth, adhering to customers’ satisfaction so that we get an annual output of more than 10 million meters of textile fabrics in various types. At this stage, Weimas mainly offer printing and dyeing products of long-fiber, spunspun, T / C and spunpoly which are used in outdoor furniture,, cushions, bags, curtains, umbrellas, awnings and so on. Here our products are all free from azo dyes (AZO) & heavy metals to avoid water pollution and also not contain organic matter which does harm to human skin. The color fastness to light of plain dyeing cloth and transfer printing products produced by our company is 80 ~ 200hr, and screen printing fabrics 400 ~ 500hr. What’s more, we developed a new kind of fabric named Spuncrylic with fur-feel weaving which is very similar with Acrylic and its color fastness to light can reach up to 1000hr, with 2 years’ warranty under normal use.
