Maxmount Specialty is an expert in the manufacture of seamless tubes and pipes. Our product portfolio includes high nickel alloys (Ni 200/201, Ni-Cu, Ni-Cr-Fe-Nb; Ni-Cr-Mo; Ni-Cr-Mo-Co; Ni-Mo), austenitic stainless, super austenitic (904L, 254Mo, 314,..etc), Duplex(32205, 32750, 32760) and Precipitation-Hardened stainless (17-4, 15-5ESR). Strong sense of product development is one of the core strength of the company. Located in Shanghai, Maxmount has maintained its reputation as a high quality tubes/pipes supplier. The company has developed business with world-class equipment manufacturers and EPC company. Operating in a 66,000 square meters facility, Maxmount utilized its piercer, pilgering mills and draw benches to produce seamless tubes/pipes from 5 to 219 mm OD with extensive inspection facilities and laboratory tools to ensure the product quality is in accordance with the requested specifications. Having unique design of manufacturing facilities, Maxmount has made heat exchanger U-tube of total length up to 25 meters. The company has been certified by ISO9001, TS16949, PED and several marine society approvals, such as, ABS, DNV, CCS, GL,..etc. Certification of API approval is on-going processed. All the inspection and manufacturing activities are fully controlled by the on-line shop flow and eQA system to well manage the traceability and quality from the start to the end. Our efforts on the supply chain and manufacturing management gave excellent delivery time and product varieties which has become part of our competitive edge. By world-wide sourcing the raw material, our procurement has closely linked with customers’ usage plan according to their special requirement.
