In end of 2008, Hansun has been separated by Shanghai part and Zhongshan part. Mr. Mark Zhao, ceo and founder of HANSUN bought 100% of Shanghai Hansun from government and launched the reorganization of Shanghai HANSUN. In April of 2010, Shanghai HANSUN Group set up after 11 years since 1999.
