Boasting a state-of-the-art environment for High-Tech developing, SCom consists of two departments of product development, the department of marketing, manufacturing and administration. Gearing to the research & development in digital video communication, SCom aims at providing the complete end-to-end solutions and high-quality products for the customer. Scom products are covering the following fields: MPEG-2 based encoder & decoder series, multiplexer series, network adpater series, broadband interface card series, and high-quality digital video monitoring system, etc. To satisfy the ever-increasing market needs, SCom strives to estalish a smooth supply channel and a perfect agents & after-sales system. We hope to enter into cooperations with distributors all over the world as supplier and agent to co-develop on the basis of mutual benefits.
All products developed by SCom conform to matured international standards, and thus are of superior generality and interoperability. They are applicable in satellite TV and cable TV for high-definition digital TV transmission, as well as in various digital monitoring occasions. Moreover, by using self-developed private software, system control requirements are met over networks including ATM, IP and SDH.

Scom has been re-approved as Shanghai Hi-Tech Enterprise in 2001 and 2002 by Shanghai Science & Technology Committee. It's the 3rd time that SCom is granted the honor since 1999.
