Selea was born in 1997 on projects based on different business. We began videosurveillance R&D in 2002, presenting the brand for the first time at the national security fair. Our devices were technologically advanced comparing with competitors.At that time , while the market was still distributing JPEG cameras, Selea was the first one to produce MPEG4, two years before the TVCC leaders. In 2006 we were the first to present products with H264 compression, then again the first to produce cameras and codec with on board memorization and Gprs/Edge/Umts connectivity. With this project, in 2005, we have won the international prize Prime product of the year.Today Selea is sold by some of the most important italian TVCC and Networking distributors and System Integrators.Our increasing success is also due to the ability to find new solutions, customizing the products, both Hardware and Software. Our customers can have a personalized product fitting all their needs or modify an existing one, upgrading it with the latest IP technologies.
