Over the past two years, Sea Food Ltd. main priority is catching of Black Sea top shells (known as Rapana Thomasiana) and processing their meat. The company owns own launches for catch of rapana. The top shells are caught only by professional divers. We have refrigerator trucks at every pier where our launches go, so we can immediately transport the top shells to our processing factory in Burgas. The factory intake of the top shells is 24/7. We hire only professionals. We have developed and follow very strictly the quality control procedure on the whole processing cycle. We can process up to two tons of top shell meat per working shift. We can offer to our partners high quality frozen top shell meat in cartoon boxes in 16 kg. /2 blocks, 8 kg each/.
