MOLD ASSESSMENT (US based):
Dan Yates is a licensed "Mold Assessment Consultant" (MAC) by the Texas Department of Health -- since the January 2005 licensing requirement. He has over 15 years experience in mold assessment. Multiple hundreds of homes, offices, businesses, city/county/state/federal entities, private/public/university educational entities have been assessed for mold by Dan Yates. Thousands of surface and air samples have been taken during these assessments. Expert witness experience with successful Robinson/Daulbert challenge in 2004.
