Established in 1992, with more than 23 years experiences in Auto Aftermarket Products, Rushan Haiyang Machinery Co. Ltd has the registered capital of 10 million RMB, located in No.6, Taiwan Rd, Economic Development Zone Rushan city, Weihai Shangdong Province.
Covering more than 450,000 square meters in total, Haiyang Machinery has three branches in Haiynagsuo Lijia Village, Haiyangsuo Town and Industrial Zone. It has 9 workshops like Forging, Machining,Pressing etc, with the department of the General Management dept, Products and technical dept, Quality Control, R&D, Warehouse, etc. It has more than 300 experienced staffs including 50 technicians.
Haiyang Machinery has advanced equipment both form home and abroad, has 33 sets of CNC machines for each precise products;has small,middle and large forging machine of 16000T,125000T and 2500T for various products; has hydraulic and aerostatic pressing machine ensured the quality of the flexible products.
More over, we have the professional testing machine like Three CMM,Magnetic Inspection etc ensure the quality of each product both for its size and accuracy.
Haiyang Machinery has strong team,with many specialist both from home and abroad, and set up the R&D center with many Universities. We have gained the certificate of ISO/TS16949 in 2006. All of the raw materials purchased from Shisteel, Baosteel directly ensured the quality from very beginning. It is the long term partner of First Auto, Second Auto, Ford, Heavy Auto etc. It has the capacity of Crankshaft Blank/150,000 pcs, Con-rod/1.8million pcs and pressing parts/1.5 million sets/
