The company "Rodina"was established 1962 in the town of Popovo with subject of activity sewing production. The company went through different stages of development - since 1996 it is a 100% private stock company; in the beginning of 2004 it was transformed into a holding. The apparel production of the holding is concentrated in "Rodina - Popovo" Ltd. "Rodina - Engineering" Ltd. is active in tourism, transport, construction and real estate trade and "Rodina - Agro" Ltd. - in agriculture and the production of frozen and dried fruits and vegetables, etc. High quality sorts of strawberries and raspberries are planted and grown on own and hired land. Quality control is implemented by highly specialized and licensed labs and it guarantees high quality organic production.We intend to use technological processing lines for freezing and drying of raw materials by means of dehydration. Thus the processed organic production will respond to the increased demand on international and interior markets.
