The buyer will open L/C in favoure of seller.HSD PSO upto 5 lac ltrs/day can be supplied from Sheikhupura ***** amount must be paid direct to Pakistan State OIL in dollers from Afghanistan, for first 15 days through draft and afterward on line. 25% of amount(refundable) wil be paid by buyer to govt of Pakistan witch will be refunded after reciept of leagle papers from govt of ***** will be paid by buyer before delivery of HSD at Sheikhupura, Pakistan.
