RCSE has repository of over 350 projects in various sectors (Oil & Gas, Power Plant, Infrastructure, Industrial , Commercial) We use Tekla Structures as our primary Detailing software and all Detailing technical personnel are conversant in Tekla. We also have AutoCAD & Rhino as support software. Our Detailing service portfolio covers the complete Detailing value chain from the tender stage support through 3D Modelling using Tekla, PMTO (BOM),GA drawings, Shop(Fabrication) drawings, NC Files, Erection Drawings, Reports, AutoCAD drawings if required and customised deliverables as per client requirement We primarily use the following Design software : Staad Pro – main member, Limkon – connection, etc. and we also use proprietary spread sheets for design calculations and reports. Detailing team size in India (Detailers, Modellers, Checkers, Leads & Manager) = 60 We have a Detailing R&D team for identifying and performing automation that enhances quality and delivery turnaround time. We have a separate QC team apart from the Tekla Checking team, as an additional quality control and assurance measure. And First Time Right (FTR) is one of our primary quality goal.
