Real Cheap Tools has been in business at the same location for 11 years. Our biggest seller is Customer Satisfaction. We warrant our products listed above for 12 months and will pay shipping both ways. Our No-Hassel Return Policy Promises our customers that they will be able to speak to a live person (not a computer) if they have a problem or concern. They will not be put on hold, transferred to another Department, or treated disrespectfully.
We are the sole distributor of the "Scaffold Pro" brands. We have been selling them online for 5 years, and have only had 4 returned. We had a "China Look-Alike" returned as one of ours last month and I used it at the Las Vegas World of Concrete to show how inferior the China made ratchet is. It is hard to tell the difference from a photo, but it is the insides that make the difference. We did send a Scaffold Pro to the customer who sent the China made ratchet with his promise to only buy Scaffold Pro brands. We also paid the shipping.
