RAV Tools & components has come into existence in theyear march 2004, with a single purpose of providing quality basedtooling facility to array of customer's. Our product lines includesTool, Dies, Jig , Fixtures and Machined Components.One facility we would like to boast about is our ability to make 3Dand 2D Panel Checkers and Welding Fixtures. Equipped with latestSolid Edge ,Cimtron and PRO-E for CAD and Cimtron software for CAM,we can satisfy any kind of complicated panelcheckers requirement.We use Epoxy (B.M 5460) as base for PanelChecker giving theproduct a longer life and better finish.We are equipped with state of art DECKEL MAHO, VMC machine (2- Nos ) with a bed size of 1250*700*635 (XYZ axis). The dual drivemachine is loaded with an automatic tool changer which can changeup to twenty tools with out any manual assistance giving it a veryhigh degree of precision and accuracy (.0051mm).
