PROCEDURES
1. Buyer issues complete LOI with full banking details (please see attached LOI checklist)
2. Seller issues FCO and Draft Contract
3. Buyer reviews and approves the FCO and Draft Contract, and shows proof of funds (BCL)
4. Seller issues Final Contract
5. Buyer and Seller both sign and seal the Final Contract
6. Buyer issues Operative L/C
7. Seller issues 2 % PBG backed by SBLC
8. SGS Inspection at loading port
9. Shipment commences
