Since its establishment in 2004 as an affiliate of Rapha Eye Tech, the leading distributor of ophthalmic medical equipments in Korea, R.E.T. committed itself to the development of injection devices with superior quality that can assure doctors of the safe and successful implant of intraocular lenses (I.O.L).Thanks to the close collaboration with R & D centers of reputable universities in Korea and success in manufacturing the perfect injectors of various types that are suitable for 1-piece type intraocular lenses, we are now engaged in its sales .Following after our first success in Korea for 3.3mm incision cartridge and the all-in-one type injector(with cartridge)in 2005, the first success in the world, our intensified efforts kept on trying consecutive attempts to succeed in the first record of invention in Korea in the incision lengths, 2.8 mm and 2.4mm / 2.2mm in 2006 and 2007, respectively. Certificates for global recognition i.e, ISO 9001:2000, ISO 13485:2003, CE and KGMP were obtained in 2005.Our main products, "COMPORT" for the single use of cartridge-body and "COMVIT" for the separate use (by body and cartridge) will represent our superb quality in the characteristics of the specification as well as the satisfaction that have been proved by many specialist doctors in the I.O.L field.On the basis of results so far achieved, we will launch the injector for 3-piece I.O.L by Dec. this year in parallel with our another launching plan, by Dec. 2009, for the "preload -IOL ",where I.O.L and the cartridge are combined .
