With the application of 3D Vertical patent technology, Pengyuan produces the world class technical standard LED products, and open up a wide promotion range of the LED lighting products. In 2009, our LED Chips and Packaging Project had been listed in the Key Construction Projects of Hebei ProvincePengyuan focus on science and technology investment, set up the Research and Development team lead by the experienced American expert, Dr. Liangbingwen. And established two Research &Development center in Shenzhen and Qinhuangdao, with the experienced team in LED lighting design, including the Industrial Design, Structural Design, Electronic Design, Optical Design, Control Design and Thermal Design six teams. The light design starts with light distribution, simulates the light effect with optical design software, then into thermal design, simulate the thermal structure meets the relevant standards, with the appearance and structural design, to complete the final products. We had built long terms partnership with Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Science, which offer a solid basis in the development of our products.
