All the melting equipment available in the foundry includes one 3T/H, 5T/H, 7T/H, 10T/H cupola, 2T/H electric furnace respectively. In die casting foundry, 800T, 500T and 350T aluminum cold chamber die casting equipment is available, with materials adopted such as aluminum (6061, 6063, 7075), Aluminum alloy, A360, A380, A383, AlSi10Mg, ADC10, ADC12, ZL104, ZL107 to meet the customers' different requirements. In the machining workshop, Engine lathe, NC lathe, Vertical CNC, Horizontal CNC, NC Miller, Planer Type Miller and Radial Drill are introduced to meet different levels of machining requirement, such as roughing and finishing.
