Starting our business with the name of PT Mitra Kreasi Promosindo ten years ago, finally at some point, we decided to separate the management to be 2 different teams.
We are letting our former team in Mitra Kreasi to handle the local clients in Indonesia, while at the same time, we try to grow the new team to meet the expanding market of overseas clients who attend exhibitions in Indonesia.
We realized that the overseas clients have the specific demands that is a little bit different with the local clients demands. They pay more attention to the finishing quality and services that a contractor could deliver rather than pushing the price down to meet the spending budget.
We believe that the different demand also need the different treatment from the different human resources to handle. So, That's why we built EXPOSURE to meet this niche : "Serving the overseas clients who plan to attend or to hold an exhibition in Indonesia".
From our experience, we learnt that most of overseas clients are really concerning about the quality that Indonesian companies could deliver and how they will be treated fair without scamming.
We must say we had been learning a lot, and sometimes in a very hardway too, at our first days serving the overseas clients. Because, from the habit to serve the local clients who are more concerning about price than the high quality booths, we had to change fast and dealed with the new clients who were really nosy for every finishing details of our job.
But, as the wisemen says : "Things that don't kill you, make you stronger". We survive to pass that era when we had to learn and struggle to serve our new clients. Nowdays, we are proud enough to have a lot of satisfying overseas clients, and even most of them become good friends to us.
We are not saying we are the best exhibition contractor in Indonesia at this moment; eventhough, we are trying to get there by learning from every new experiences we step on. But, what we could promise you is we will try to be a trustable partner to you, from the very first time we get in touch.
We will try not only to make you be a satisfying client, but will work harder to make us a trustable friend for you in Indonesia. So, everytime you need help to exhibit in Indonesia, you know who you could rely on.
