PROPOWER AUDIO'S FIRST PRODUCTION AMPLIFIERS FOR HIGH-POWER TOURING DEMAND.
In conventional multi-way systems, separate crossovers and amplifiers are both time consuming to setup and sensitive in regards to transportation, wiring, and adjustment. Propower Audio's first entry product, the MX / HP series, combined both electronic crossovers and amplifiers. Application of these hybrids meant simply connecting the full bandwidth audio line signal to the input and multiple speakers to the amplifier outputs. The original designed series were all housed in 3U high, rack mountable chassis. Following these first generation amplifiers were the U2 and U2K Series, designed in reduced profile 2U high chassis. Finally came the introduction of an all new XP / HP Series, following the same design concept of incorporating electronic crossover within the amplifier. The future holds other surprises in store. Watch out for a whole new series of amplifiers to be released soon.

Starting in 1994, they began designing their own brand of professional audio power amplifiers. Even though Propower Audio manufactures their own designs shown on this web site, they are still fully capable of accepting ODM or OEM projects, depending upon quantities.
