"Protik Ceramics Ltd.(PCL)" hasbeen registered in Bangladesh in 2009. The plant is commissioned in2010 and launched its commercial production in March 2011. Theplant is located 30 KM North East from Capital City ofDhaka. The factory has setup on 15 acres of land and have to totalcovered area of more than 2,50,000 sft. The Protik Ceramics Ltd.(PCL) is the youngest member of Protik Group which is privatelimited company, having interests in Real Estate, Trading andinternational Hotel Business. Our plant equipped with most modernlatest machineries from Takasago, SKK of Japanhaving more than 1000 highly skilled and professional experienceemployees. Our production capacity about 40,000 pieces (10-12M.Ton) per day. Our peoples are capable to make any shape. We haveboth on glaze and in glaze decoration facility of which we can makeany types of decals decoration as desired by customers. Ourbusiness concern to produce hard porcelain tableware for home andinternational market. Our intends to serve the target marketsegments with consistent quality and superior customerservice. Our decals plant capacity around60,000 pieces per month. Starting from single color upto 16 colorswith Gold/Platinum both on glaze (840°C) and in glaze 1220°C) andcompletely lead and cadmium free. The company has own design studioin the decals plant.We have own packaging plant locatedin the same premises. Our capacity around 1,00,000 pieceswhite/brown cartons per month. In addition the company is alsocapable of supplying 4-6 color printed cartons. He pioneered the ceramic industryby establishing the first bone china plant in Bangladesh in 1999.He is now globally acknowledged as one of the leading expert inceramic tableware. Duringhis professional career of more than 30 years, he had worked as Sr.General Manager of large national organization withreputations.He had been working in ShinepukurCeramics Ltd. Which he established as General Manager, tillOctober, 2007. His well planned guidance has enabled ShinepukurCeramics Ltd. To lead the ceramic market with 60% of local andexport market share. Before that, he was serving in MonnoGroup in 1984 where he established in first modern ceramic plant inthe country. He also worked at Tabani Beverage Company Ltd. ( anenterprise of BFFWT) till 1983. He is presentlyworking as Executive Director of Protik Developers Ltd. Prior tothat he worked Shinepukur Ceramics Ltd. (a concern of BEXIMCOgroup) as Sales & Marketing Manager from January 1997 to July2007. Prior to joining SCL, he served at Duncan Brothers (BD) Ltd.as Asstt of Director to look over the marketing of packet tea andmineral water.
