You have a beautiful product that is engineered to perfection and at a great price. However, if your website or brochures or manuals are full of translation errors or generally clunky writing it greatly undermines your image. That will result in reduced sales potential or compressed margins. A small investment in making sure that your communication looks appealing to a native English speaker will be rewarded many times over.
We work from your raw material (notes, bullet points or markups) or your finished material and give you a completed document with the corrections or improvements made.
Who are we?
I am an English major with an Engineering degree (Mechanical) and an MBA specializing in Marketing from a top University. I have 25 years of experience writing and editing all kinds of business communication including advertising copy, legal documents, operations and repair manuals. I have worked with American, Canadian and UK English. I specialize in technical and business documentation.
How we charge
We charge for our services by the hour, by project or on a retainer basis. Payment is through Paypal, 50% in advance and 50% upon completion. Fine tuning in a second review is normally free of charge.
