Porfidi International was founded in 1991 for the production and trade development of porphyry stones produced by the group of companies controlled by Marco and Flavio Stenico. The extraction activity and preparation process started in 1980 and today employs 300 people in three different companies in Italy (STENICO PORFIDI SRL, MONTECHIARA PORFIDI SRL, PORFIDI E GRANULATI CAMPARTA SRL) , two in Argentina (PORFIDI INTERNATIONAL DE Argentina SA, PORFIDO PATAGONICO SA) two in Mexico (PORFIDI INTERNATIONAL DE Mexico SA e PORFIDO DE Mexico SA de CV) .
