Phytoway Inc. was set up in June 2001 and had a registered capital of 17.15 million Yuan (about 2.29 million U.S. *s). It is an export originated high-tech enterprise, which is engaged in herb-planting, researching, developing, producing and marketing standardized herbal extracts, Chinese herbal preparations and Western medicine. We purchased a piece of land with an area of about 4 hectare in Hunan Liuyang Biomedical Zone, where we invested 40 million Yuan (about 5 million U.S. *s) to set up a new plant complying with national GMP, which includes a standardized herbal extract production center, a modern TCM production center and a researching and testing center. We get the GMP certificates both for the Medicine and the Health Food and have been awarded as the first "Standardized Herbal Extract industrialization Model Project"by the State Planning Commission. We have our own Self-management Export and Import Right and exports herbal extracts and the finished products into other countries, we have a global business network covering more than 50 different kinds of products, meanwhile, upgrades and transforms the Traditional Chinese Medicine to all over the world. Phytoway Inc. will insist the policy of "combing TCM with modern high technology"and the marketing direction of "developing, producing and marketing health foods and preparations of modern Chinese medicine by using of standardized herbal extracts".
