We couple the manual skills required to accurately fabricate products with our capacities in advanced 3D CAD, CNC punching and forming together with our extensive capabilities in precision TIG and MIG / MAG welding we offer coded welding to BS EN 287 / BS EN 288. We can fabricate in ether sheet materials or using angles, box sections or tube.

PEM has over 5500 hours per month welding capacity, the largest sub contract precision welding capacity in Es*. We use state of the art TIG welding to produce complex fabrications and enclosures. All stages of a products manufacturing process are tracked via our custom manufacturing database system so we can offer full Q.A. and traceability if required.
